For my clients I have previewed houses, sent comps, brought the contractor in (I have contractors to recommend if they don't have one) and discussed comps for different rehab scenarios with them before we sit down to write an offer.  

What condition is the building in, is it better than the rest of the neighborhood or is there room for you to upgrade things to make it match the area?

I have been interested in REI for a long time but have never jumped in. I

I think I finally found a good opportunity but would like some assistance to help evaluate if my math/thinking is correct .The area that I am in is over saturated with investors due to the Destination Medical Center plan proposed by Mayo Clinical Hospital.

So i found 80 bucks, subscribed to Zbuyer (they send you leads according to the counties you want to work in), i found a probate property, had no clue as to what was happening while I spoke with the wonderful lady.
