I'm finally taking the plunge and setting up an automated voicemail so sellers can leave messages.I need a script so I can get a pretty girl to record it on the system.Does anyone have good scripts they would like to share?

I do like cash, and I am local to my buildings... so there is zero hassle.But I like it if I ever automate more and run from a distance.

I am looking for ways to outsource/automate this system for it easily consumes a large amount of our time.

We've automated the process so filling out the contracts is simple.

If I have that cash in a bag, I would take the advice of a NNN lease or an automated an parking lot or garage.Both are easy cheesy if you get the right one.

@Lakeisha Baker In my experience I have yet to land on a "great" agent who brings deals to me that I don't get via automated alters on Realtor.com, Zillow, or other sources. 

As you can see, it's all a big downhill snowball effect for me.Work full time job ----> figure out my own side business/hustle ---->  continue working my butt off ----> save money ---->  find a strategy ----> start pursuing strategy ----> ----> work butt off ----> find a way to systematize and automate?

I thought maybe there is a software that can help me automate some of those things?

Pretty slick, I have not found anything else that is capable of being this automated.  

The methods of construction, especially if they are automating parts of it are far superior to site built.For example we used special machine for cutting and framing the walls.
