I own eight houses in South Jackson and manage one on my mother's behalf. 

My mother's side of the family has a trailer park that I have assisted in managing for the past two years or so.

The fact that houses are selling in days, and that everyone and their mother seems to be wanting to invest, being two of those.

As mentioned above, I am a realtor and a nurse.

I spoke with an attorney about transferring the deed to us, but he warned us that since my grandmother and father both ended up in nursing homes that medicaid most likely attached Liens to their estates, and going through probate will activate those liens on the property!

Regrettably if you accept a single mother, young child, you will end up terminating the lease.

(mother, father, sister,etc).

Growing up we never really had any wealth and saw my father and mother struggle trying to support us.
