I believed I could make more money in REI thanks to leverage, rigorous tax planning, market timing (2009) and BRRR style.

They focus on Industrial and Commercial flat roofs but are excellent in shingles as well incase you have a mansoor style Flat.Or if you're a property manager or in property management or starting a property manager business & you need a roofing company to work with you and your property's. 

I found that they replaced vinyl in sections rather than the whole floor and used a different style and color to do so.

There are some older styles of pipe that break down over time and today’s codes may make replacement unfeasible.

If I were to use my SDIRA to:1) Invest in a private equity style fund that is making hard money loans to house flippers.2) The only income for the fund and investors is interest income on the loans.3)The fund is set up as an LLC Partnership in which each investor has an ownership stake. 4) Then the fund began to use a line of credit in addition to the investor equity.

Its an old style house converted into 3 units.

Go to a REIA meeting and ask the organizer if they can point you to some people that are interested in the same style of investing you are.
