BRRRR is an experienced player's game but it's definitely not sold that way.

I personally believe leverage is the secret to large amounts of wealth and growth and any major players I read and trust say the same.

I atleast know of if not personally met and networked with every single decent player in my town.

The State is just another player not only in the real state market but in all markets.

A delay by one of the players causes delays elsewhere, and 2 weeks lost is hard to catch up.

I have many others, but that deal was not the biggest or most profitable, but the most out of the box type with so many players and it's the most gratifying, there are a bunch of little kids playing out there now!

Seems like there are quite a few big players in the rental market there but time will tell in my first 2. 

This property is just to the NE of Orlando in Sanford, which is about a 30 min drive from where my parents live.But I am finally getting to the point where I don't have a "team" but do have enough of the key players identified to get things done with less need for me being there.On this one I found the property and talked to the realtor, who I will likely keep using if I need a realtor in that area or the East side of Orlando.My Mom did go look at the property and dropped off the EMD for me just to verify the general condition of the property.I have a contractor that did a major rehab on another property for me last year.
