You get ther, no "Guy" just the pitch people highly trained to get you excited, to pay for the 3 day weekend, at the 3 day weekend, the "Guy" pops in for a few minutes and then their sales people sell you all weekend on a massive, all inclusive, you are never going to use more than 10 percent package for tens of thousands of dollars on an auto draft on your credit card for 5 years.

The software should auto-populate without them IMO, unless there's a specific reason (low down payment, bruised credit, down payment is 100% gift) to require it.
