What I find especially difficult to understand with the CF portals is how can you be an expert in so many different locations across the U.S.?  

They have paid on time so far, but it could be an issue in the future.Should the water bill be subject to the late fee as well, or only the rent?

That's usually because they're experienced investors, but they're not schooled in how to be an educator: presenting information the way we learn it.They're REAL big on generalizations, but they fall flat on the specifics.

You must be an owner occupant for the entire first year.

I know there may not be an exact figure on the price, but could someone who has had an attorney look over or modify your contracts please lend a word or two on the subject...
