I have a facebook group for wholesalers and we actually get free PropStream training sessions exclusively for our group where someone from PropStream actually shows you how to use all these features.

Just wondering how you feel about the unique challenges NOLA has relative to economy & climate change (insurance), population decline.  

First time I saw that feature on here. 

The unique situation is that my tenant is also my son, and he is ready to start looking for his first home.

It's decreasing as time goes on, and the sell side is too stubborn to acknowledge it.So patience is my creativity, and uniqueness.

It's not as highly requested as one may think for multiple reasons (we're building based on feature demand).
