Hi BP community,The property is located in Northern California, specifically in the Bay Area.

You'll actually learn useful stuff and won't be set back 5 years with an upsell.There's a Summit in Oakland CA at the end of August where there's a ton of speakers that post on BP, but it's not an official BP event.

Our lot size is 7300 sq ft and main house is 1700+ sq ft.Location: San Jose, CA- We were thinking to potentially design the ADU such that we could have a wall (or a door) that allows us to separate the ADU into a 1 bed/1bath for self use (or rental) and another part which could be rented separately on AirBnB as needed.

Owned land is being sold at near building cost or a bit above building above cost (this is CA mountain building costs).

Hi guys, this is a really interesting forum, also the other topics, however I hesitate to pay ca.350/yr to use it’s full functionality.

Consider how your property would do as a LTR and underwrite those numbers (worst, middle and best case).I am very happy with my investment but it has been a lot of work and many challenges managing it from California.

I'm looking to start off in areas with lower costs coming in, preferably under $100k single families but definitely under $200k.These markets are particularly appealing for novice investors, especially those from California, as they offer more affordable options compared to local alternatives.

It takes a long time to build wealth in RE 15 to 30+ years from the California investors I talked to.
