Has anyone had good or bad results from trying out credit report and score businesses that aim to improve credit and help in the journey to gaining a pre approval for a mortgage?

You could also entertain rental arbitrage or cohosting for a lower cost barrier of entry to the STR market and start cash flowing to supplement your W2 income to expedite the time it takes to get to a buy and hold.

Upgrading these features can significantly enhance the appeal of your property and justify the higher rent you aim to charge.  

We will probably start with conventional, but it feel easier with dscr loans if we ara aiming on 10+ properties in a short period 

Then a 4:1 return ratio in marketing spend is where I like to aim... in this case, I'd be willing to spend up to $5k to get a deal.
