@Michel Lambert I'm still studying the STR market, but I do know that the new Mercedes Benz Stadium is being built right next to the Georgia Dome, and that should attract some tourists.

This is stunning.

It doesn't matter if you are showing homes to potential renters, or doming move out inspections, these are all things you need to understand before you go out on your own.

The property however, is stunning and the real reason that we want the property.

I've always done my banking with a large national bank which won't do me much good now once I hit 10 mortgages.

There are many neighborhoods east of the airport with stunning properties. 

Not knowing the area well, we believed that the lot being on the ocean side of the freeway, with stunning ocean views from both levels of the house, a new home, large lot, etc would insure high pricing.

I was of course kind of stunned.
