congrats on the Naca program I have sold a  handful of my OREO to Naca buyers.. its a great program takes some resolve to go through their initiation process. 

We closed on our first property on November 15 and plan to employ the fix-and-flip strategy. 

I don't think the market will continue to appreciate as it has over the past few years and that equity isn't something I can realize until I sell the property which I don't plan to do. 

Stessa/Thread Bank APY is currently 5.09% so I actually make money every month even though I'm on the pro plan.

You can finance it with an FHA loan (3.5% down) or a conventional loan (5% down) if you plan to live in the property.

I guess my question is, how do you determine which starting plan is best for you or which type of purchase is best for you?

Currently, I self manage using software program that centralizes the majority of information and messaging and pushes to all the platforms that we list the properties on. 

I plan on starting out next year with a small plug and play solution to have minimum risk.
