This thread is a year old now, but I just read in a different forum that now it's against the law to contact military personnel's COs in regards to unpaid debts, with the logic being that we can't contact regular civilian's employment about that so why not extend that privilege to our military too.

In Nashville to run it above board you had to start a business specifically for the STR, you had to collect and remit sales tax as well as Occupancy and Privilege tax which all together ended up being in the 40% range.
