The stock market plunge is also going to produce some mergers and acquisitions, and that in turn should produce some opportunities for Commercial investors.  

@Whitney Hutten thank for the support on the topic, it’s not that I’m spooked by the coronavirus, I was planning on investing in real estate but did not expect to see the market take such a plunge from the virus.

Next Steps:Reading through countless BP articles and being a religious follower of the BP RE podcast, I knew that I needed to develop some strategy before just taking the plunge into RE investing.

Curious to hear what other new investors have done as they get their cash ready to take the plunge or what some more experienced folks would suggest looking back.

Obviously you will accrue mortgage debt when you take the plunge into real estate investing but I view that differently than credit card, student loans, and car payments because those are not appreciating assets like real estate is :)
