Nervous about jumping on a good opportunity to purchase a 40 unit deal in a lower income area.

Im glad that I found BiggerPockets, from listening to the podcasts its good to know that im not the only one thats more than a little nervous starting out.

I was going over the numbers with my husband last night but I am nervous since this area is out of my comfort zone, but also within the area I want to consider.

I was nervous since it was my first deal and I was dealing with the IRS (come on they are a little scary) so I wanted to make sure EVERYTHING was done by the book. 

I've got cash reserves and I've begun looking for another house to buy as my primary.I must say I'm very excited but also a little bit nervous to take this next step.Thanks to BP for being a wealth of inspiration up to this point and in the future.I've already paid for a membership at ezlandlord forms and have those documents in order.

After having inherited some uncooperative tenants who caused a lot of stress and agony last year, I am a little nervous about finding new tenants. 

As someone looking to get into the real estate market that makes me a little nervous. 

I got so nervous i just hired a PM yesterday and he will be handling  everything for me. 

I'm mostly nervous about screening and getting the right kind of tenants. 

The numbers make sense but it's a large job honestly I am a bit nervous.
