No one can answer that without knowing the ARV and repairs, neither of which you’ve definitively stated or nailed down

I still have a lot to learn but have polished off most of the BP real estate podcasts and have self educated my self a lot on wholesaling (mainly from American perspectives, not sure of a lot of the differences between our laws yet in regards to wholesaling).

For example, when renovating our master bathroom, we decided to install ceiling lighting in the bedroom, which not only added much needed light, but also created an accent wall that makes our bedroom feel significantly more polished.

They are currently fighting tooth and nail with the lender to use the last appraisal (the appraiser is an accepted on for the lender) in an effort to keep the deal alive.Just tossing out my opinion from the other side of the table with a low appraisal.

I’m looking into builders in the Atlanta area to start nailing down costs of options.

We own some in Bend and I’d agree you hit the nail on the head with cleaning staff and turn over being a challenge.
