we used the extra blown in insulation to fill in the crawlspace under the kitchen and under the bathroom.I used the foam in a can to seal all the light mounts and smoke detector mounts with firestop and I am happy to say the house is more quiet and the heat pump does not struggle anymore!

However you have to mount it and polish it, and ultimately it was more expensive than high end level 3+ quartz surfaces which were easier to install, as such I haven't used them.

That got me thinking about TV's mounted on the wall and do I assume where the TV should go and run the wires to that spot, or just put them a foot up from the baseboard like normal.
