we used the extra blown in insulation to fill in the crawlspace under the kitchen and under the bathroom.I used the foam in a can to seal all the light mounts and smoke detector mounts with firestop and I am happy to say the house is more quiet and the heat pump does not struggle anymore! 

There's a HUD home in my little ole city of rocky mount nc for sale for $36,500 in a B neighborhood not too far from a nice country club and golf course.

However you have to mount it and polish it, and ultimately it was more expensive than high end level 3+ quartz surfaces which were easier to install, as such I haven't used them.

I got good furniture, a purple 3 mattress, mounted smart tv with Netflix, Hulu (might add hbo/Disney +), 1 gb speed for internet, a crazy powerful router.

AS of recently I've been having a little bit of a struggle as I have my first rental which I bought as my primary for the mount of 230k. 

I have since been looking at properties in multi family (or atleast ADU) properties in Highland Park, Mount Washington, Pasadena, and less so Belmont shores long beach.

Tenants will lose the sheet in less than a day, but the phone stays glued to their hand!

That got me thinking about TV's mounted on the wall and do I assume where the TV should go and run the wires to that spot, or just put them a foot up from the baseboard like normal. 

Thanks to huge mounts of annexation the population stabilized and there is a ton of room to grow.
