You are ahead of most people that buy into the courses and mentors in that you have two properties and see it works. 

I guess what I probably need as a mentor because the more I think about it, the more inexperienced I am, in all this.

This year I signed up for sessions there like underwriting multifamily and cashflowing multi family in high rate environments and I'm excited to hear what they have to say, plus it's in person so lots of good networking to learn from others.

Short answer: Possibly June of this year for full passage.Long answer: The proposal is going to face some open house/public comment sessions.

Carmen took amazing care of me and has been my go-to lender in my Florida investments as well and he now mentors me in the lending industry.

To do this you could take courses, attend training sessions, seek out a coach or mentor, and read articles and books.
