I believe that good real estate agents are worth their weight in gold.Remember, not all Real Estate Agents are alike just as not all Doctors or Contractors or any other profession are alike.To group us in a 'ALL' category does a disservice not only to us, but to the categorizer as well.

This could have been lessened had the government put CAFE standards on light trucks etc.After we toppled the Taliban in Afghanistan (a necessary war IMO), we should have used my idea to "spread democracy" in the middle east: Tax the heck out of SUVs, but if you own one, give you a tax credit to CRUSH it and buy something more sensible.

You need to be able to write letters for pre-foreclosure, bankruptcy, absentee landlords, etc...A well written letter is worth its weight in gold.

Instead of replaceing the windows I thought about just repairing them if the windows are still in good shape and they just need alittle fixing up paint wood puddy maybe a weight fixed. what is everyones thoughts about trying to save the windows.

I know the loan may not be of interest if you are planning to sell anytime soon.As to the question at hand, If you can get 85-90% of the mortgage payment paid by the tenants, should lessen the total amount you paid for the house because for 25 years or so you are only paying 100 bucks a month out of your pocket instead of the orginal $2500 before the house was rented.Good Luck with the problem.
