Downtown has some truly historical buildings that are crumbling by the day, we have some gorgeous Victorian homes moldering in neglect and we have whole neighborhoods going into disrepair.

Would you have a mechanic work on your mouth just because he knows how to brush his teeth?

To those that got teeth in the game or hobby looking to scale to an actual business this is a heads up.

To live in a "decent" neighborhood, you are going to pay through your teeth.  

Let's hear more about the "gorgeous flooring" or "oversized windows" or anything that places the reader directly in the home.
