This will be my first piece of property that I have acquired, (2nd if you include my home), I started off feeling all gungho, wanting to buy, buy, buy, now I'm told not to do anything until this 1st property close which won't be til August,,, I want to keep the enthusiasm alive, What can I do?

We do live in rehabs later turned to rentals and buy and sell Land and tax deeds on the side..I can sense your enthusiasm!

You can upgrade as you have money.If you're finding your clients the right deals, they won't care about the car you drive.Impress them with your work ethic, your drive, your enthusiasm....and don't care about the car they drive.I know plenty of millionaires that drive beat up cars.
