I’m talking a couple trash bags on porch and around/under porch there was  a couple trash bags worth of junk(including about 10-20 doggy bags of dog poop) a bike, trashed yard games and some general trash.

I have questions into them on whether they would cover it if the commercial policy denies it.Here's the exact language of the exclusion - "This insurance does not apply to animals "bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the ownership, use, loading or unloading, handling, or demonstration of domestic or wild animals, including but not limited to dogs. 

So this couple that now wants to rent has a service dog.

I do accept 1 dog with an extra cleaning fee but not two.

It's a combination of things like new jobs, new home is closer to existing job, new home has a bigger yard for my dog, fiance and I broke up so now I don't need as much space, bla bla bla.
