I get error messages when I go to their website and their phone number has been disconnected.

I've looked on the county data website and the number they've given for the owner is disconnected, how would you suggest finding the owner for a home like that?

I have previously purchased from a company called Kingsbridge Lists...but can't seem to get a response from the salesperson I used initially...and the phone number provided on their website has been disconnected...not a good sign.Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm just getting started out in Chicago and am wondering why there is such a disconnect between the county assessor's value and the market value of properties.For example, I've looked at several MFHs on the market in the mid $400k (with close comps), but the county assessor value is closer to $200k.

Good luck with the police, there's about 25 numbers listed and most of the numbers are disconnected, busy, or have no response.
