Long story short 13 was discharged back in 14, but Sheriff sale didnt happen until 2017.

In California, there are state laws that apply to tax deed auctions and that dictate things like which liens/encumbrances get discharged by the sale. 

There is also a curtain drain or French drain system installed that just uses gravity to discharge the water.

Buy big gutters with big down spouts, discharge the water buried in drain pipe at least 10ft from the foundation with a pop up on the end that can be cleaned.Cut back trees form house.

Given the choice between those 2, I would pay down the student loans as they're virtually impossible to discharge in any way.

If it has been "closed" or discharged" that is one thing, but if it is "active" you are taking on the US Government.

Hi everyone,Long story short, I have a tenant at one of my properties that notified me that he'd be invoking SCRA and breaking the lease early due to issued orders for demobilization/discharge from active duty National Guard status. 

Some charge close out fees to cover costs like Escrow release; Pay off preparation; Documentation; Discharge of mortgage etc. 

My experience with other EU countries (though not Italy specifically) is that unscrupulous tenants can take advantage of landlords for years of court battles, but the tenant's debt to the landlord continues to accrue, while the debt cannot be discharged and is taken seriously by the legal system.  

The BK cannot be discharged unless all debtors are paid according to the court approved plan.This is is just the cliff notes version of the process.
