Now U know why you do not want your kids hanging or staying in Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant and etc. with Snookie and the pedafiles and drug adicts that are in abundance you have to be krazy... or maybe more....Greedy or let's say "ETHICAL"You can network with the Doctors and Nurses of the senior developments and assisted living centers that know when their patients might be......... um checking out.

I have bought and fixed everything from houses over the lot line to hoarder houses to drug dens...own them all still and they are making money, but I don't want to do it anymore.  

 ( Like the ones setting up a card table out front to sell there posessions for drugs and food.)  

It could be something wrong like drug activity, new company air pollution and etc.

My childhood friends include murderers, prostitutes, drug dealers, and theives. 

Do a drive during the day to see what they look like in daylight, and do a driveby at 8pm on a Friday night - because that's when the drug parties are in full flow.

I'm on an "Information Diet" as Tim Ferriss says via 4 Hour Work Week. 

I tell them, hey, I'm not a bank.We used to do perform->pay, and then we got into some very, very bad situations where the customer drug their heels paying us (The worst case was a guy paying out of his IRA... checks took 6 weeks to issue) and put me in a cash flow nightmare. 

As long as its not a D- area with where all the tenants are dealing drugs and what not.
