Does anyone have a recommendation for a great accountant in the Silver Spring, MD/Baltimore area?

Can anyone recommend a Commercial Real Estate appraiser in Los Angeles (Silver Lake area).

I understand there isn't any silver bullet, but I just want to set myself up with the systems to mitigate the challenges I think I'll face.
