Yours sounds like a right hand.One problem with used doors being mounted into an existing opening is the hinge and knob cutouts.

A way to avoid this in the future is to not allow mounting to the exterior of the house.

add battery operators cams like they use for deer hunting around the property there camo so hard to find them u can mount to trees or any where some are rechargeable from sun solar 

Sounds like a window mounted AC. 

If it's not a wall-mounted faucet, it's probably just wicking out from the wall.
