Furthermore, our business created no issues for our rural neighbors (most of whom my husband has known for decades since he grew up on that farm property which had been in his family since 1886), law enforcement or county officials.

I grew up going there many years as a kid and it would be nice to designate some blocks to bring back more SFH along beach side vs towers everywhere.

land flipping is not real complicated in grew up in the business.you simply buy land usually at tax sale.. then sell it on terms.. usually very remote property.. 

That grew to buying, fixing, keeping and flipping 39 houses.  

I am also an investor here who grew up in the metro area as well.
