I remember trying to open up an account with one of the online traders, I gave them a cashier's check for $40k and had it promptly returned to me, because of a rule they had to not open accounts for anyone under a 500 score!

I am in the process of buying my 1st property but i have a hit problem on the tax front.I am currently a sole trader and if i buy the house a rent it i will go over my tax band and have to pay 52% on the rental income?

Flipping homes would get you tagged as an active trader, although I think there is some dispute as to what that threshold actually is.

Tax deed auctions are interesting Ive only acutally attended two one in a local I say metro area and one out in the country.In metro areas there seems to be buyer groups that have big bucks ready to plop down by the end of the auction or before the clerk closes that day(some say 24 hours) So if your trying to out bid them on something they want forget it.You'll see one guy who will spend maybe $300-400,000 sombody else may do the same.But out in the hinterlands they ususally don't go but there are local horse traders that know a good deal and have deep pockets.

But, the bank says that it has no authority to influence the financial bonuses of the traders who were involved in the scandal.

My husband and I are relatively new to real estate and very new to Boise (we moved about six months ago when I came to help open the new Trader Joe's downtown). 

Tried stocks and forex and although somewhat profitable on small accounts and micro lot trades, I get hesitant in pulling the trigger on risking more capital so figured I'll try real estate.
