There's a 500 sqft commercial space with a bathroom in the front of the building that doesn't really payoff to rent out due to the costs associated with it.

Sending the surveys over to my architect was a really good feeling.

Super curious, because my husband and I are always dealing with tenants with pets and the associated headaches, haha.

In Milwaukee, look into networking groups like the Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association (MKE REIA) lot's of different approaches covered including wholesaling and flips, or if you decide on buy and hold the Rental Property Association (RPA) of WI is great.

And of course, most homes have HOA's (homeowners associations) that can be $20-$250/month to pay for community maintenance, sometimes lawn care, cable/internet, amenity upkeep, pool, security etc.
