A LC and a LO are two different completely different strategies. 

I like Summerlin/west Valley for stability and quality (especially in Palo Verde school district)  and also strip high rise condos (for potential appreciation).

On a LO you pay them rent (the lease) and a small amount to reserve the right to buy (the option to get the deed).  

I will be using the place for a couple months a year and renting out the rest of the time.Specifically, any feedback on Encantada, or Terra Verde would be greatly appreciatedThank you!

Being close to Ponte Verde area you have a lot of wealth management people in that area as well. 

Mike, we're still not completely on the same page, albeit close.You (and she) believe that, having a LO herself, she can turn around and enter into another LO contract with the "end buyer."
