Everything seems to be upgraded and ready to go but each apartment in the four Plex is a studio style apartment one bad, one bath one kitchen.  

What I mean by that is one house could be a 2 bed room 1 bath rambler on a 10 acre plot, and their neighbor would be a house with 4 beds and 3 bath with 2 car garage, followed by a victorian style mansion...  

The most important thing to us is spending time as a family, and dont want to commit to a life style that requires 60+ work hours a week.
