I love hardwood floors and prefer them over vinyl and laminate, but wood is very expensive.Does anybody have experience with either utility oak or reclaimed hardwood?

They are cheap and if they chip the red clay shows up on the surface.Good Luck

My partner is a Realtor and to me the only benefit is he has a bargaining chip with his commission when dealing with other Realtor's.

So I’ve come to a fork in the road regarding which property to jump on for my first house hack (as a side note I plan on Airbnbing one room and living at my parents house for free):- 3b/2ba SFH home that’s older (built in 1945) in a great neighborhood imo  (Southwood Oaks if you’re familiar with it) OR a 3b/2b town home in EADO or near the medical center.
