@Joseph Holliway  Agree, those are pretty standard terms. 

It would give you an opportunity to get real estate exposure anywhere in the country, but avoid the issues you are concerned about. 

Hello all , it seems everybody in this country is making a bigger deal out of investing in section 8 properties versus let’s just call it a cash tenant.

Esp with the crazy appreciation we have seen over the past 10 years, nearly all over the country.
