The entity protection and trusts helped in my case IMO.Yep, I have some too, now, but what has always saved me was being a step ahead and having a really bad *** attorney, he chews raw meat and picks his teeth with nails, his eyes get red and he spits on the floor at thier feet, then they usually just walk away.....lol!

Cops won't do anything.Maybe put invisible mouse traps on the toilet seat so when they sit down it the mouse trap now turns into a balls trap...or or or put a bunch of clear marbles on the floor and walkway so they fall all over the place walking in...Or leave the door ajar slightly and put a 5 gallon bucket of red oil based paint sitting on the top of the cracked door ledge so when they open it they get painted and you can follow there tracks to catch them..just kidding obviously but if it's a good deal and you don't own it it's not really your problem...

Many banks are still frozen and will turn away solid deals either because they're in trouble with the FDIC, are swimming in red ink, or quite honestly, are stupid.I suppose I should point out that over 150 banks closed last year.

It was nothing more than a simple mindshift that transformed into a saying that I live and do business by: "I will not hesitate to take down any deal in the country, without seeing it in person, as long as it is profitable" There are some that think this approach is foolish, some that feel it's a bunch of hot air, and some that feel it is a bold claim...However, I don't make my money by going with the crowd.
