Once you get the masses thinking this way we are on our way to a socialist society.

Of course, sometimes it's harder to track indirect mass advertising like print ads vs PPC or direct mail.

And when they stop buying, will cause a correction in the market again.Also, what happens to the market if/when they decide to dump their properties in mass quantities?

You are right that some investors would rather use the muscle of money rather than more resourceful strategies.

We have  thousands of cities and towns spanning a land mass significantly greater than US.

One of the wholesaler's in my area has a strategy of getting cell phone numbers and she will mass text potential buyers with a small ad with basic details (Asking Price, rehab cost, and possible rental income) and ask those buyers to contact her for a more detailed listing.  

Recover doesnt have to mean on its way back up again.Now that all those bad mortgages arent being handed out to the masses, i dont see why there would be a huge jump in the market.  

But in the case of mass flooding like this the homes cannot be put back together quickly.
