You have to be in the scene, eat at the restaurants, chill at the coffee houses get to know the art scene and underground movements to really know what's going on and where it's all going.  

Maybe we can all go out for coffee sometime and brain storm, it's always good to meet new people in this.  

It sounded like someone claiming to be an investor really took advantage of her and destroyed the house.  

I want to invest but i want to start off slowly since its all new to me. so if there's anyone who is willing to take thier time and make time for me to either give me ideas or any mentor me i would greatly appreciate it. and if its possible to meet up for some coffee.

Additionally, you have to be an expert marketer & negotiator and contract expert. you can do this, but you've got to make sure you have the tools you need in your toolbox.
