This is the only way, join a like-minded group that don't sell trainings & magic strategies, etc. 

Don't run 1,000 miles away thinking the magic is "over there" when there are opportunities right under your nose.

Unless you think inflation will magically go away, the federal government will stop spending trillions it doesn’t have, the local governments will stop trying to buy renter’s votes by giving them more and more “rights” I don’t think prices can do anything but skyrocket.

Give people $20k down payment $, like magic home prices shot up $40k.

It's not magic.

It is nice to have a long term goal but I think you're looking at it the wrong way, an apartment complex isn't a magic bullet, you don't know where you'll be ten years from now and it is probably much more important to make investments over the 10 years than to work towards that single goal. 

There's no magic to this.
