Hello everyone I am new to bigger pockets I am looking to network.

The best advise would be to educate yourself as much as possible and try to network (as you are here) with like minded individuals and most IMPORTANTLY take action.

Our goal is also to build a portfolio of properties in our city to be able to provide housing for folks that we come into contact with through our non-profits.On the other hand, I also participate in syndication deals with my network of investors bc I find it to be a great strategy for investors looking for solid passive income and a relatively easy way to multiply their money.

You have to get out there and network and connect with some people in your area.

Myself building a marketing list, marketing campaign, building relationships with sellers- taking calls, having coffee etc, finding the right network of lenders/ title companies/ insurance that are willing to cater to our needs.

Also, I'd recommend networking with experienced syndicators and learning about their experiences as well as asking them as to what are their interests in terms of the deals' finding.
