I am looking to add a CPA to my team and have no idea where to start. 

@Kay Nemen - get comfortable with the idea that rents must increase and must outpace inflation or your returns will eventually degrade to the point where you are loosing money.

Helping friends and family with no experience is a terrible idea.

Please note, none of us have any idea what is going to happen but every investor should look at certain scenarios to see how that would impact their portfolio.

This way before you even acquire your property you already will have a general idea of who you will need to make relationships and how you will need to position yourself to see success.

This will be the 3rd rental property in my portfolio. with the interest rates being so high I feel Iike a higher down payment could be a good idea over the long run, but I’d like to hear some ides on this, thanks in advance !
