Hello BP,I am a 23 year old military member stationed in Jacksonville, FL.

Fox News and every other news station uses copyright imagery and video regularly in reporting the news.

A new exit is certainly an opportunity as business will look to invest in gas stations, restaurants and other opportunities. 

The property in Journal Square is 8 minutes walk away from the Path station whilst the property int he Heights is 23 minutes walk from the nearest light rail (9th street light rail).

You have to think that all of the buildings (schools, police, fire station) are all going to have to be new. 

New transit village built by train station direct to NYC.

I guess my main thing is, I’m only going to be here for about a year and a half before I get stationed elsewhere, and although I would love the more house for my money, would it be a good investment to do or would it be a better investment to just stay in the San Diego area and have to give up some of the home luxuries and size I would have over in Temecula area?

I have found, the best company for a property can vary depending on the Fire Protection in the town (hydrants/no hydrants), distance to Fire station, construction of the building, age of building, etc.  

Has the train left the station?

I prefer to stay around train stations, that's no surprise to anyone here on the forums or that know me.
