See if your town has any ordinances on the books restricting numbers of non-related adults.

I’m not sure what it’s like for you in your area of Texas, but Portland, OR is a boom town right now.

Hey man, there's a LOT of investors in Charlotte, and out of town that are investing here.

The owner would be the person who buys commercial properties here in town. 

, and get plans approved they will have an incredible asset worth way more than $32k at least in the current market.And the only one that I think could have been built on without much hassle was a 4.5 acre plot partially in a flood plain, but in a very high demand area with some pretty nice views and right on the edge of town.   

It’s in a small military town so the competition is not very high.

Is it in a growing area or is it in a successful town/area that also have good economic diversity, population growth?  

I think I am out of town for the next one and we do switch up the location from time to time but I look forward to meeting you.
