Laureano Perez the problem with these automated sites is that they pull sold comp numbers from foreclosure properties.

. $500-$700 ...there is  something called a PIW  that  might allow you to forgo the  appraisal  need ..lender will be able to  determine if this PIW  is  an option once they  run your  loan file throught their automated  underwriting system …..( normally on cash out  refinances these PIW  are not available ) ...we are in Seattle if you need any help :)

I convinced her to switch from Buildium to Appfolio so I could help her and she has a great system going now.The biggest advantage that I seen in PW when I switched was their automated emailing system that AF did not have but AF is now adding that in several areas so I'm truly happy with AFOne other comment, I believe Buildium and I know PW were cheaper when I first started, once I got over 50 doors PW and AF were similarly priced and growing beyond 50 I think AF is cheaper than PW.

I would like to send out a challenge to property managers to come up with a technological solution for securing the properties utilizing massive improvements in home automation.

I had an automated email service from the MLS created for me by an agent I have communicated with.I have been using the BP analysis tools as a way to familiarize myself with the process; however, every now and then I do the number crunching on my own in an effort to make sure I have some of the formulas down.I have been thinking about the BRRRR method quite a bit and would like to learn more about it.

As our economy further automates and modernizes, CO will be a great place to find talent, and it's still much cheaper than east or west coasts.

I'm tired of managing notes on a spreadsheet and need to automate.
