I’m an insurance broker who works in all 50 states and I see far too often people, and RE investors especially, do not have their liability separated out correctly to mitigate their personal risk..Over and over I get the same types of questions when insuring a portfolio (of any size) from people who do notnfIlly understand the lIabIlIty they are exposed to..What questIons do you often have about where your liability extends to or what you’re exposed to?

At the same time I think a good commercial broker who specializes in multi could probably give you all the answers as well in hopes of gaining your business.unless I guess your looking to be one of the new syndicators on the block instead of buying a 60 or 100 unit your self.

I do not have a realtor/broker license and have recently been reading that it has become harder to connect buyers and sellers without legal repercussions because of this.My question is what is the best way to connect a seller to a buyer without infringing on the legal properties that licensed realtors have dedicated to them?
