I can find a lot of options in the UK and elsewhere, but not really in the US that's not like "break the bank" expensive. 

It's tough for out-of-towners to compete and find a good deal, but if you're here and can drive the streets in your neighborhoods, do that!

Then you can decide if you want to retain as a rental property (my plans) and/or sell it when the market heats up.  

It seems a niche area where you can make some good money.

The reason why is because the lawsuit was a sham and isn't helping sellers, it's hurting sellers dramatically.Buyers can sign an agreement now and ask not to be shown properties that are not offering a co-op.
