The lesson learned was that I took a situation that went against me suddenly, altered the terms and turned a negative into a positive!

And any advice you find prevalent to my situation is much appreciated.

You are working with a broker - OK, Yes, they can technically have two files running at the same time but shouldn’t do that in the wholesale side again because it’s just out of respect, and two it sounds like this may be a float vs lock situation?

Don't let the situation stop or delay income from coming in.

The stress wasn't worth it. 

It’s such a great opportunity but I’m very new to this world and I want to make the most of the situation but I don’t want to take a lot of risk.

Turn them down if they don't meet those requirements and like any other situation, trust your gut.

The stress, time and effort that can come with selling your home on your own, isn't always worth it if you are not aware how to properly protect yourself in a transaction.I get it.
