In the end, I believe he was mostly looking out for his clients' interests and flexing a little muscle at the same time. 

I also see the benefit of "quality" when it comes to leads, and how leads generated via driving myself will most likely not be mass-mailed by those purchasing lists off the internet.Neither of the above facts need to be argued, because I 100% agree. 

I want to target the masses that attend your convention center and I hope to buy just before or after its renovation is completed.

This is not for everyone, but I wanted to at least come to the defense of the validity of true marketing (not mass marketing like we are seeing most use). 

The program is a big pile of nothing.It benefits no one but politicians who get to preach it to the masses as something beneficial.

I would differentiate mine from the others in the neighborhood by doing something special like offer to pay for a Uhaul for a day for the move, or free TV with a one year lease contract (TV's are cheap now, but you could make it a tablet, or whatever),  or offer a one day certificate to the spa to rub out those sore muscles after the move, restaurant gift certificate, whatever appeals to you.  

Most stuff is a bit farther east but there is a pretty new Western Mass investor group in Springfield you should check out, I believe @Bob Couture is a lead person with them.  

We have been reading lots of post plus listening to the podcast hoping that we could network with people from Mass, Texas, Florida.

I did a mass list with the criteria above within 2 counties with about 6 different rural cities.
