@James K.Did you have your Midland rental in late 2014/early 2015 when oil slowed wayyyy down?

I'm fairly certain this strategy is popular with many of the oil companies in my location (Midland, Texas).Being an armature in this space, I'm left with many questions! 

Richmond area has the issue of oil refineries and environmental air pollution (that is noticeable when outside).

They want to Sell the property as-is which I'm fine with as long as it doesn't have a Under Ground Oil tank.

I could get crazy with this one such as: switch from oil to gas, new HVAC and add central air, windows, kitchen, bath etc.

We saw this in 2014 in Houston w/oil falling from $100 barrel to $50 barrel  w/B/C value add properties there performing admirably while class A occupancy fell hard.

For instance maybe they have some really nasty oil based product that dries very hard and wipes down easily.
