A lot of people like ListSource but it depends on what you're doing and there are a lot of alternatives, just search around.

I consistently see people with $10-$20k spend most of it on training and being told by these gurus they can make 30-50% returns with their eyes closers only to realize it will take 48 years to make back the cost of the training.

My plan A for my folks will always be to hire a 3rd party, but having done this for a very long time, I know I will come across those that want to be at least a little more hands on and I want them to have an option.Thanks in advance for any suggestions.Cheers,Robert
