Hi All,My wife and I just purchased a larger house on our block, and plan to keep our current home as a rental.

Once we got possession of the house we literally had to wear respirators to be able to enter the house the cat urine smell was so strong.  

Even if using a pm you’ll typically pay more for str management than ltr management.With that said…. when I finished a large renovation on my duplex and was ready to refi I searched for and found a tenant who only needed a place to rent for a couple months.

I wanted to start of house hacking and transition to using the BRRRR strategy.
